Like last year, we ask that you make your own hotel reservations. We have negotiated a good set of special conditions and reserved 25 rooms:
2 nights from Saturday, 22 May 2010 through Monday 24 May 2010, including breakfast, barbeque and set menu evening, not including drinks, cost per person EUR 225

On the morning of Saturday 22 May 2010 you are welcome to arrive at the hotel. The official reception will begin at around 6 PM. Those who would like to arrive earlier or would like to stay longer are requested to contact the hotel directly.
Please note that whoever books first will receive the nicest castle rooms – those who book too late may not get one at all!
